As per the new process individuals need to submit completed forms, two photos, two references and the applicable fees. There is no requirement of original documents or guarantor. The new process of renewal is therefore less complex.
Since travelling nowadays does not involve many restrictions there has been rise in the demands for the application of new passports and the renewal of old passport. Hence individuals are advised to renew passports according to the travel plans. Also note that the first time applicants of passports have to follow the general procedure of application.
