Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa was held from 15 December 2021 and does not expire before 30 September 2022
After 15 December 2021, no cancellation of visa occurred
After 15 December 2021, not received any substantive visa
Between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021 (inclusive) the visa holder was not in Australia as Temporary Graduate visa holder.
On 18 February 2022 those of whose Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa got expired between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021(inclusive) had their visas enlivened and extended until 31 September 2022, if the following criteria were met
Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa got expired between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021(inclusive)
During visa grant, the visa holder was in Australia
No cancellation of visa occurred
Not received any substantive visa
Between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021 (inclusive) the visa holder was not in Australia as Temporary Graduate visa holder.
With the aim of giving current and former visa holders affected by COVID restrictions an advantage Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) replacement stream visa application can be applied until 1 July 2022. The length of stay for the Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) replacement stream visa is equivalent to the original visa.
